These championships consist of the following mountain biking and BMX competitions:
–MTB: cross-country eliminator (2017-2018); trials 20″ men, 26″ men, women and mixed team (since 2017; in 2021 were disputed separately at the Trials World Championships).
–BMX Freestyle: park (since 2017) and flatland (since 2019).
The 2020 edition was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
